How to Get a Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Card

Be a part of the countless individuals who rely on Bluebird Wellness for their medical marijuana card recommendations. Rest assured that if your application is not approved, you will receive a guaranteed refund.

To participate in Pennsylvania’s medical marijuana program, the first step is to register in the Medical Marijuana Registry. Once registered, the next requirement is to have an approved physician certify that you have a qualifying medical condition. Approved physicians have access to the Medical Marijuana Registry and will submit their certifications directly to the system.

After receiving certification from an approved physician, the subsequent step is to revisit the Medical Marijuana Registry and finalize your application for a medical marijuana ID card. https://padohmmp.custhelp.com/app/login

What is a caregiver and what do I do to become a caregiver?

A caregiver in Pennsylvania’s medical marijuana program is an individual who can pick up medical marijuana on behalf of their patient(s). Caregivers must be at least 21 years old and register with the Department of Health after completing a criminal history background check. They can provide care for up to five patients.

Minors, home-bound adult patients, and adult patients who benefit from assistance require a designated caregiver. Caregivers must upload an ‘authorization to designate a third-party caregiver’ form if they are not the patient’s parent, legal guardian, or spouse.

Caregivers cannot be approved if they have been convicted of drug-related offenses within the last five years. The caregiver registration process involves registering on the website, undergoing a background check, receiving an email with the outcome, and paying for the ID card if approved.

Can I cultivate my medicine at home? (Grow at home)

Lawmakers are in the process of approval for home cultivation, at the moment it is still illegal in PA.
